Serial entrepreneur, Bill Winters – Speaks on entrepreneurship at the June 2015 Impact E&L speaker series. Bill has been engaged in and founded companies involved in energy, waste reduction, renewables, refueling infrastructure and transportation. Bill co-founded Waste Reductions Systems which later merged to become Waste Management. Bill’s current venture Freedom CNG has successfully pioneer the natural gas refueling industry in Houston and West Texas. Bill is excited to be a part of the Impact E&L Speaker Series and bring a powerful message on entrepreneurship.
